Evri lost parcel

Hi Evri has informed my buyer the parcel is lost so I have refunded but they are ignoring all my messages to get a refund - any ideas?

I am up to 20 parcels posted with evri in the past 10 weeks, and the results are quite appalling really. 2 parcels (10%) have had to be refunded 1. due to being stuck in their system somewhere, and the other being nicked from off the doorstep, ebay in partnership with evri, will not be able to keep this rate of handing cash back for very long.
