Yet again, they have lost/stolen an item; only ONE item has arrived on time from the past dozen or so. And they vote the worst courier, SO WHY DOES EBAY STILL PROMOTE THEM? What I have to do now is get them delivered to a shop, as they once lied and said they delivered to my house at midnight after I told them to to the shop. A few days later, it was delivered to the shop, and I reported them to eBay, as they lied, but they did nothing.

eBay does absolutely nothing to take this hopeless bunch of chancers to task. They never have and never will as long as they are making money, we are the ones who constantly suffer. Cmon EBay prove us all wrong.

'Ebay does, it would be nice of them to say why'
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because ebay have a massive contract with Evri.
The reason ebay choose Evri is probably *because* Evri have such a dreadful reputation : this probably made Evri the cheapest option to partner up with.
If it wasn't for Evri refusing to cover the whole of the British Isles (highlands and Islands etc. are not profitable enough for Evri...) I don't think R.M. would even be getting a look in (R.M. being the only company who have to cover absolutely everywhere)
Ebay will be fully aware of Evri's reputation, but they will have done the maths!
If Evri only (!) lose, break or steal perhaps as much as 3% of it's load *, ebay will have calculated that, with the profits from the contract, they'll still be ahead... even paying out on that many claims!
* I am aware that in certain places, or with certain delivery drivers, the losses are likely to be much higher. But, likewise, in certain other places or with different drivers, the losses will be much lower. It's all a case of averages!
(I know this doesn't make it any better when it's your own parcel that's been nicked or got squashed, but business figures and calculations don't give a hoot for feelings☹️)
