Evri is the worst of the worst delivery company i nearly lost my business on other selling platform

Evri have a bad reputation previously aswell with the name of Hermes and now they trading as Evri to hide the bad service my question is why Ebay allowing them to operate here its a bad news for ebay and the sellers im broke cause of them im starting from scratch again lost a lot of money in another selling platform cause whether the item lost or pictures with out fisical delivery and a lot more .

I asked eBay to remove it from my courier options. They simply marked delivery as attempts within 45 minutes and returned the parcel to me. Had to pay out of my pocket to send it again by post office

i ordered item on eBay and if has been held for three days at their national sorting hub. Avoid, avoid, avoid

They are hopeless and if you are getting an Amazon delivery via EVRi just cancel it and ask the supplier to use DHL or DPD, because your chances of getting it on time are zero and the chances of actually even getting your item are not much better.
I have a quiet expensive item being delivered, it was promised on the 22nd and after being ordered o nthe 19th, the supplier was wonderful, but from the moment EVRi got it things went wrong, it slowly moved from centre to centre finally reaching Northern Ireland on the 26th, already 4 days later than the paid for, arriving at the local depot and there it has stayed.. 4 days so far, not being delivered.

I contacted EVRi on the 27th asked why it was not out, they chat bot is hopeless, getting someone to call back impossible (even promised call backs do not happen), you can email until your fingers bleed, only one email a day from a confused lady who does not seem to know why it is not being delivered. I now assume it is lost and the supplier is shipping a replacement, via DHL, as they cancelled their contract with EVRi do to continued hopelessness.

It appears they use local contractors for delivery who just don't care, and they support system is designed to hide from customers.

Even a simple call would have helped, but I have no faith in ever seeing the parcel via them and pray never to have something shipped by them again.
