Has ebay changed how sellers do postage?
Just sold an item and I have lost the option to chose postage. Basically it appears the postage label was already bought.
I wouldn't normally mind, but Evri literaly take no responsibility for anything electric / electronic or glass, even if it goes missing. Evri are the worst.
If this item goes missing, who is liable if the buyer selects the postage?
Regards

With Simple Delivery ebay pays for the refund if the item is lost or damaged in transit. The seller keeps the payment.
But you can opt out of using Evri here:

Ah thank you. I got stung sending something via Evri once (outside of Evri), but glad that clears it up.
Cheers for your response.

Answer to the first question - yes, very much so. I received an email from ebay about it on 2 April.
There is some description here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/simple-delivery?id=5575
A lot of "points" have been raised on this community, I would expect some "tweaks" from ebay, so you may want to check the latest simple delivery options and t&cs occasionally.
