The buyer is sending the jacket back as she said the description is incorrect. She took a photo of the folded jacket. The picture of the jacket I took was with the whole jacket with the arms out. It would have been impossible for me to send the jacket like the photo I took.
EBay has told me that the buyer is sending the jacket back. She is using the Royal Mail. Two days in and I haven't had notification from the RM that they have collected the parcel from the buyer or that it's on its way. I don't trust the RM as they tend to lose mail and this is why I went with EVRI.
I have blocked the buyer from sending me any more messages.

Just to be clear, she can send you messages now but only in the Return Case itself. I think this is a good decision. Personally, I make it much earlier in the proceedings. Buyers can message me once about returns, where I either solve their query or refer them to opening a Returns Case. After that I block them and they can only message as part of the Case. This puts everything together neatly in case eBay are asked to step in and help. Also there are quite a few buyers who don't actually want to return so they let the case time out (when partial refund or free item doesn't magically appear).

@mozart3179 Good morning! ☺️
All return labels generated through an eBay account are Royal Mail Tracked 48.
The seller is therefore protected against loss or damage once the item is scanned into RM's network as "received", as should you be if the jacket does not reach you in perfect condition owing to RM shipping/handling/delivery problems.
Regarding condition... please ensure to thoroughly check your item for stains, wear or damage not present when you packed & despatched.
