HI DOES ANYONE  ELSE HAVE FOUND SALES HAVE STOPPED SINCE THE EXTRA MONEY BUYERS HAVE TO PAY ON TOP FOR SAFE DELIVERY, NO UK BUYERS ANYMORE, EBAY  WILL BE LOSING MONEY THEY WILL HAVE TO CHANGE IT BACK SOON MORE PEOPLE WILL BE LEAVING EBAY FOR BETTER SITES

I have reduced my prices to negate this charge, as we don’t pay sellers fees anymore. Still no sales though.

Problem is, the buyer doesn't know that you've reduced your prices to compensate for the BPF.  If there was a banner on the listing saying 'No BPF on this item', then the buyer might twig that you've absorbed the cost - but there is no banner.  When the buyer goes through to checkout, they'll see the BPF.

If I were you, I'd just list at the price you want.

Just speaking for myself here, I'm someone who buys all the time. But I am not looking at eBay at all. So, it doesn't matter what anyone is trying to do with their prices, I'm not there to see it. I simply will not pay eBay a Buyer's Protection Fee that I don't want and considering private sellers are the only ones that ever had anything out of the ordinary to offer, there is simply no point looking any more. So, I'm still buying, just not on here. There is always something to buy elsewhere and eBay has nothing exclusive. It's only a platform. On principle, I don't like the way eBay plays games with people and manipulates them at every turn. The ethics are all wrong and these days we can all turn our backs on those kinds of people.

Absolutly NO sales since the EBAY protection fee was introduced  , and even if you by chance make a sale it takes so long to get the money its no longer worth selling on Ebay .... try Vinted instead
