As a long standing e Bayer 24 years I was upset and shocked that a buyer who purchased a suit from me choose Royal Mail and choose the sort of delivery she wanted put in a refund because parcel never arrived 5 days after postage. I sent her copy of postage receipt then other messages stating I had tried to ring RM (not more chance of flying to moon to get a answer from them,,) then went to post office to check no joy. So it now stands that I a pensioner has lost the suit value ,£20 and have had funds returned. No response from buyer asked her to check her local sorting office no reply nothing. So whose in the wrong here. Scammers will have field day with this way very upset by this E Bay have no loyalty
