Hi
I sold an item and postage was buyer pays Evri £2.74, when the label was created it was £5.46, now I know there can be a difference in cost due to postage address etc so that is not what my query is - straight away I cancelled the label and it is showing in my account, the cost of label was taken from my ebay balance, now this is where I am confused - the buyer paid postage so does the refund for the label go back to my ebay balance or go directly to the buyer?
So to send I will buy postage directly from the evri website at the correct cost but don't want to pay for another postage if the buyer is refunded the £5.46?
Or should I just cancel the order?
TIA

You are not charged for the label if "Buyer pays" was selected on the listing. The buyer will be refunded for the cancelled label and you will now have to send the item at your own cost - you have no way to charge the buyer for another label.

Hi many thanks for your reply.
It seems I got confused, when I opened the order and selected purchase postage label the cost was taken from my ebay funds, I have since received an email to state I will receive a refund back to my method of payment - my ebay funds.
The buyer didn't purchase a label and send it to me, just the postage cost was added to his total.
Item ready to go with postage purchased not via ebay.
