Thanks Tressygirl for getting a swift response from Ebay central about the current problem on combined invoices apparently an Ebay glitch. Luckily I was dealing with a repeat buyer who agreed to pay in full and I then sent aseparaterefund. This morning the relevant package has gone off with the postman and I have the RM confirmation of collection. I was able to put in the tracking number for all the items but I can see no way of marking them as dispatched. A second parcel with a single item went off marked tracked and dispatched without a problem. Is this the same glitch. Any ideas please?

To be honest I always click on Mark as dispatched first then add any tracking number after.
Perhaps when adding tracking number first it takes it it's dispatched?
On the Seller Hub what does it say in Orders for those items, Awaiting dispatched or Awaiting Feedback?
If the former, then with a laptop / PC and try Chrome, click on the order details for the item, far right from More Actions see if Mark as Dispatched is there.

Yes. That is how I find it works.

If you refund before marking despatched, the sale will go back into unpaid, hence the reason why you can't mark despatched.
Cack-handed, its been like this for well over a year.
And the problem with having to wait until an item is despatched is having to explain that to buyers!
