A buyer wants to return an item because they just didn't like it. If I deny the return can they open an item not as described? Bear in mind the item was sold for parts not working.
They won't be able to open an 'Item not as described' case on eBay if you decline the return but they would still be able to do a chargeback with their payment provider.
