Cannot delete a variant that hasnt sold on ebay, but has sold elsewhere??

Tried and tried to no avail.  The variant is nolonger available and if i cannot delete it somehow and a customer buys it i will have to cancel and give the customer a refund which doesnt look good on  my stats and also potentially impact on my review ratings.

Can you help please?

There's always the old IT go-to of turning it off and turning it back on again! But if you don't want to end and relist... I've seen others change the dropdown menu to 'Sold Out' as a workaround.

Have you tried editing the variation and putting the item to zero and then saving?

The variation was 0 as it sold.  I cant delete it.  The objective is to change/udate the photos and Ive tried everything!
