Cannot Amend A Draft Listing On Android App

Not sure if anyone else struggling to amend a draft listing on their mobile app but everytime i try amending one i keep getting an Ebay error saying 'There was a problem with an Ebay internal system or process'.  Iv tried deleting the app and reloading but still no joy.

The new app is only being supported by Android 0 and higher.

Oh right thanks for the info. im on Android 14 so would expect it to be ok.

Mmmm, one then would think so.

I don't use the app, it hasn't got all the functions I need for my eBay account,  however,  this post will stay  open and hopefully those who do  use it,  and may have any update relating to the actual device you are using.

Hi. Thanks. I only use  it to amend my draft photos to use the new AI background features. Was working fineup until this latest change. Bugger ha ha.

Going by the rest of the rollout it may be that eBay are using eBay Intelligence (EI) instead. Could explain why things are working properly or not properly depending on perspectives.

If you confirm your device model, its current software version, and the current eBay version installed on your device, I can report this for you no problem. Also, if you could upload a screenshot of the error in question, I would highly appreciate it.

Hi Marco. I did actually raise it this morning on chat but i will give you the details too if that's ok. My phone is a Moto G14 on Android 14. The ebay app version i have is 6.196.0.2      I cannot revise either active listings or draft listings. I have attached the image. Thanks

If it was reported already, we're better off to leave it to the team you reported with this morning. I report it again, I could only delay the whole thing. However, if this is not fixed by next week, please let me know and I will be happy to take a look.

Thank you Marco. An update for you. I have two drafts saved on my app, one for a Scalextric slot car, the other for a motorcycle I am going to sell. I can access the slot car draft but it is the motorcycle one that is the problem I have discovered today. The bike would be on the eBay motors section, perhaps that may have something to do with it?
