Hi. I sold an item through auction today, it's popular for Christmas gifts, I had a large number of bidders but the winning bid cancelled as soon as they won auction, meaning I will unlikely sell for the same price now, is there away to let the other bidders know I have had to relist the item to give them a chance of bidding again?

You can send second chance offers to previous bidders for the price they bid up to.

Good Evening jwicksy
I was under the impression that as a matter of course eBay notify losing bidders that an item they were watching has been re-listed. i have received that type of message. Hopefully your previous bidders will get told.
PS. Put that disruptive 'winner' on your blocked list.

Thank you, that's helpful, I have blocked the 'buyer', and I couldn't find a second chance option so I am hoping they get emailed about the relisting automatically as it's very frustrating and I would happily have taken one of the other bids as at least 5 people bid over the buy it now price.

Hi jw
I am assuming that the item in question was that very attractive 'star shaped ornament'. Get it relisted straight away. Don't delay. Hopefully get it on and get it gone.
Good luck
