I sent the item to a shop address given by the buyer with an eCP number on it. I checked the tracking and it says action needed and that the courier has had an issue getting to the delivery address. I google mapped the store and it says permantly closed.
What should I do?
Thanks for any advice

Did you put a return address on the parcel if you did it will eventually be returned to you if it can't be delivered . but it will be a while

If you bought your label through eBay you will have to deal with evri through packlink as I doubt they'd deal with you directly.
Try contacting packlink and ask them to get evri return the parcel to you.
Here's a link to packlinks help page. Use the delivery section to start the request or try the chat function if it's active.

You may be lucky and get the parcel back but if you do you should refund the buyer.

Always be sure to put a return address on all parcels so that if there is a problem with delivery ,the parcel will be returned to sender .
