Hi, I sold a slot machine nearly a month ago, but the buyer has only replied once. He asked where I was located so he could arrange a time to collect it. He then paid, and I haven’t heard from him since. I’ve sent multiple messages but haven’t had any response.
The slot machine is big and heavy, and I really need it gone to make space for other stock. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I’ve been very patient, but I don’t want to cancel the order in case he leaves negative feedback.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

Send the buyer a polite message asking for a date and time they wish to collect and you need to know by ***day. If you do not hear, you will deem the item to be unwanted, and will cancel the order which will fully refund them.
If there is no communication, cancel the order citing... Buyer Requests to Cancel. This refunds the buyer and doesn't affect your seller performance.
Doubt the buyer will leave a neg feedback, but if they do, you can contact Customer Services direct them to all the messages sent and that a very generous timeline of a month was given for a convenient collection time, but with no response from the buyer.

Cancel the sale and relist it if he has stopped communicating with you.
If he leaves a neg, you can appeal it on the grounds that they didn't collect the item.
