I recently accepted an offer for a pair of sneakers, the buyer immediately asked to cancel and be refunded which I agreed to. So following this 120 pounds was deducted from my ebay balance as I hadn't been paid yet for the sneakers due to them having to be passed through the authentication process before funds are released.
I am now out of 120 pounds it seems as the funds are still pending waiting on the cancelled order of the sneakers passing through verification for them to be released which is obviously never going to happen now. This happened on Friday it's now Tuesday, will ebay rectify this or will I have to contact them regarding this situation.
