Well absolutely flabbergasted recently signed up to sell goods. Sold my first item great had a message saying funds are on hold until item is delivered so I thought okay being new to the platform that's okay. Following tracking item been delivered hey ho gone to withdraw the money oh wait I can't as my bank account needs to be verified 6-8 days for this which is a lie as it can be done instantly now days obviously it's to gain interest in there account. Been in contact was advised micro deposits of 1p also retract 1p then it will be released so checked my banking app this has been done. Back in contact with ebay  fobbed of again as it can take 6 to 8 days after the 1p has been done absolutely disgusting if I would of known I would of used another platform instead of ebay so be warned if you are thinking of becoming a seller think twice

Once you receive the micro deposits you have to log into your eBay account and add them, this then verifies your account. They usually stay there for a few days before eBay recall them, giving the account holder the chance to notice that they're there in their bank account.

eBay T&Cs are very straightforward about all of this. Besides the account verification hold times, new and infrequent Sellers typically receive their funds 'within 30 days'. Those with accounts in good standing receive them within 24h. You'll just have to be patient while getting everything up and running properly.
