EVRI parcel locker . not picked up for now 7 days

i sent two parcels in falkirk town centre locker. 7 days latter the parcels are still showing in locker.

tried using the app . same old.  we see your parcel is a little delayed . and will escalate it. and nothing happens. tried call back . no call back . what action can i take so evri collect the parcel from their own locker. it was sent using the ebay site. has ebay any contact details. i feel so helpless i cannot do anything. any help much appreciated

Do nothing until or unless the buyers contact you or open "not received" cases.

When you purchase Evri delivery via eBay you are purchasing from a parcel broker called Packlink; their contact details are here (Evri are unlikely to deal with you directly).

The (somewhat) good news is because you purchased the labels via eBay you have some additional protections that most business sellers do not get in this situation.

I was not aware Evri had lockers as Inpost no longer allow anybody to drop parcels at theres . I thought they had parcelshops . I also know some post offices do but not all off them .

well maybe this might help. but i doubt it
