Abusive messages.

I have a rather expensive Guitar for sale which is clearly described as `COLLECTION ONLY FROM LEEDS`, and then in the description `COLLECTION IN PERSON FROM LEEDS - NO COURIERS`. Of course I then get a message from someone who tells me that he `Has plenty of money` (red flag?), and wants the guitar. He asks for the address so that `I  CAN SEND A COURIER`. I explain that it is collection only, in person, with the QR code, or number code ( I know that I can accept the code from the courier, but I want the buyer to examine the item in person).  He then sends me a very abusive message which contains the following.....`YOU CAN STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DON`T SHINE....YOU STUPID MUPPET!`  Now, while this good for a laugh, I need to know if I can report this to eBay as I would with an abusive buyer? Bearing in mind that he has not actually purchased anything and is just messaging.

Re: Abusive messages.

Yes you can report them and it goes without saying, block them.

Abusive buyer policy | eBay

Edit: that's not going to work as they haven't made a purchase. You will have to contact CS and they can put a note on the persons account.
