I sold an antique Welsh spinning chair and the buyer (zero feedback) opened up an INAD with her credit card. In my response I stated I was happy to accept the return BUT item WAS as described as all measurements were in the listing and in the photos. The chair was returned to me with zero protection and has been completely destroyed. The buyer then changed their claim with their credit card as ‘transaction not recognised.’ The whole process took 6 weeks but I just learned that their financial institution sided with ME. I called eBay after their first dispute and they said they would do everything possible to support me. I’m not even out of pocket for the return as not opened through eBay. Needless to say they’ve been blocked. Horrible experience 😕 But a happy outcome 🤩

Pleased for you but your good outcome is a needle in a haystack of misery. Most of us have taken off or will take off our listings, doubt mine will ever be put back on

I would imagine, as your buyer claimed not as described and returned the item and then changed to transaction not authorised, that they're being investigated for fraud now by their card provider!

I hear you, that BS bugging the hell out of me too. Just trying to distract myself from the incoming implosion 🤣😕
