1st story:
I sold one thing and ebay charged me straight away for label which IS NOT GENERATED YET.
Should it be the other way around? When I click "generate pre-paid ebay simple delivery label" then fine, charge me of course but when not clicked why I am still being charged?
I purchased label outside ebay.
2nd story:
I purchased label via simple delivery but was wrong weight and size so I never used the label. Of course they never returned the label cost to me lol. On ebay chat I was ASSURED 100% if label was not used cost will be returned automatically after 30 days. Now it's like 50 days and they still did not returned the cost.
Your simple delivery is sh*t - system is not tested properly, full of potential holes. Do you test anything before release to public?
