postage refund

I paid for postage for a number of items online. However the post office refused them claiming I had the wrong weights on them. I returned home and bought new labels. I cancelled the original labels (through ebay) and received a message saying a request for refund had been sent to the post office. So far I haven't received anything else. How do I get my refund?

The refund takes between 5 and 7 days to process.

Life was far simpler back in time when if you had made a wrong calculation  the post office would issue excess stamps to make it up.

Buying or selling in ANY auction envronment is a gamble and Ebay is an auction so if you aren't willing to lose sometimes then why are you gambling?
As an aside If it's so good in the City why doesn't any one smile?

I recommend getting some good postage scales for accurate weights.
