Postage cost amendment

I'm trying to list an item and when I try to select the postage option the screen won't load and is greyed out. I have rebooted the app several times but it will not work. Any ideas how to fix it?

I believe this cannot be done now on the app and you need to switch if you can,  to a laptop / PC and try Chrome to manage this.

Currently,  as there is an issue,  no device can combine postage on an amended invoice.
