We sell through the eBay GSP regularly, particularly to the USA. However, since just before Christmas we've started having regular issues. Two large items have had incorrect customs info assigned via the eBay GSP centre in Lichfield, indicating they were manufactured in China/ Hong Kong when all our items are made in the UK (and this is in all our listings info). This means our US customers are getting incorrect requests for additional payments from the couriers that eBay GSP are using for the USA part of the delivery.
We're also seeing more parcels just sitting in the eBay GSP centre with no updates for over a week.
This is causing us serious problems with our USA customers.

Regarding parcels at the GSP hub with no updates, put the tracking numbers in at https://trackpb.shipment.co/track and I'm sure you'll see some movement. The integration between eBay & Pitney Bowes seems to be non-existent at the moment - I have GSP items that have been delivered to the buyer which, going by eBay tracking, are still at the hub.

The GSP hub has definitely been erratic service wise recently. I sent an item to a buyer in Australia about 4 weeks ago via the hub - at one point once it reached the GSP centre, the eBay tracking showed "License plate is voided", which apparently means the hub voided a hub to buyer tracking number. That was just over 3 weeks ago, and there's been no update since then. Thankfully, the buyer contacted me a week ago to let me know that he received the item.
