dispatch time

I had all my listings set to 2 days dispatch time because it wasn't always easy to get items posted the next day especially with our one Evri parcel drop off shop refusing to take parcels if the sacks were full ,but then I kept getting messages from Ebay to tell me to change my dispatch time to 1 day ,so reluctantly I did it ,but now I find all my listings keep being changed back to 2 days dispatch time gggggrrrrrrrrrr ,I keep doing bulk listing edits to change back to one day but no within days my dispatch time is back to 2 days. I wish someone would make up there minds .

I had a simpler issue with dispatch time where by some of my listing changed from 1 day dispatch to Sameday Dispatch. I did the same as you and used bulk edit which like you it worked for a few days and then I had a sale at 10pm and the dispatch time was back to same day, which was not possible to find a post office open at that time. Spoke to eBay next day and they had no answer but with 24 hours all my listing were back to 1 day dispatch and I've no issues since then.

If it keeps happening then maybe you need to contact eBay this way if a buyer complains you can tell them you have reported the issue and then as eBay to remove any defect on your account.

If you do need to contact eBay Customer Services,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning 8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
