Default International Postage

I wonder if anyone can help me?

For many years I have had a default International Postage charge of £15 and it has worked pretty well as it covers most items and enables me to make a postage discount refund if £15 is above the cost.

The difference between the default charge and actual cost has gradually decreased and with the introduction of Simple Delivery many items now cost more than £15 to post overseas.

I would like to increase the default figure to £25 but as I can't remember how I put the £15 in place I've no idea how to change it!

Is there a simple way it can be done please?

Default International Postage

This is a duplicate post from your 03-07-25 query. Since you haven't been listing with International Shipping - the Item I looked at was UK only, as you also found in your original post - perhaps it is time for International Rate Tables. These would be much faster than adding International postage options to your 3500 listings.

eBay Australia made a series of good videos on YT for how to do this:

eBay Australia - YouTube

The cool thing about these is you could easily set up your flat rates for each weigh of book and not have to refund anymore. Also you could set £25 worldwide, but have a rate for EU that is lower.

You can search there or eBay Help for International Rate Table. Or perhaps eBay's Global Shipping Program would suit you better? Then eBay does most of the work, they set the postage prices, you don't have returns or refunds for International items, and they protect you from delivery-related Negative/Neutral feedback. GSP would be easiest to apply to your almost 3600+ listings.
