My girlfriend asked me to post today (4th January) with Yodel. I visited our two local send off points and was told they were not excepting Yodel. Both shops had bags of Yodel parcels which had not been collected over Christmas and into the new year...
I realise they had/have a computer glitch but I suspect it's more than that and, Yodel are not letting on just how bad it is. They seem to have issues in dealing with the volume of parcels, caussd in part to their cheap price structure...
My advice is not to send with Yodel until the truth comes out...
