We have your parcel and it's on its way back to the sender

Afternoon All. So I bought some balenciagas on sunday which the seller promptly sent on the monday now checking the tracking info he's provided it's saying on  the way back to the sender. now does this mean the sender as in the authenticator? but also states this 

As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Wed 13 November 2024 at 09:00

does this mean the sender has requested to be delivered somewhere else or?

Hi Matt,

i see no one has replied to you, I have the same issue except I am the seller. I am unsure if I should have also put the buyers address on the parcel? No clue...I guess I will wait and see. Did you receive your parcel in the end or? 🙂
