Simple delivery overcharging

The simple delivery is a joke, I don't know why edit the let us edit the postage size if they get it wrong.

I have some items listed and a ebay buyer has bought 4 items and whether it was 1 item or 4 items they all fit into a small Royal Mail Parcel sized box but I have been charged £6.65 by ebay for the label?!  When it would have been only £3.45 before they changed it to this simple postage (which is anything but simple)

EBay customer service say that their system basically guesses the size from how item was listed but there is no way to change anything when listing other than to put it as a small parcel item, Customer service do not seem to care at all that I am getting overcharged for postage.

I am going to report this to trading standards and I recommend everyone else who is getting overcharged does the same, as I cannot see how else we can change this other than mass complaints to trading standards.

You are not being 'overcharged for postage'.  You are paying the SD rate which is what you agreed to do when you listed your item (via the auto acceptance of the user agreement).

You are not allowed to use the ebay logo as your avatar by the way, and as you haven't posted with the affected account I can't see the account type and therefore if SD is even relevant.

What you could have done was cancel the order and relist as a job lot for the buyer to buy again.

Yes I have cancelled the order explaining to the ebay customer the reason why I have cancelled.

I am not paying £6.65 to post a small parcel item out.

I am not sure what you are on about with regards aviator.
