Seller paying postage on multiple items to one buyer

I am new to eBay.  Private seller.  I sold 4 items to the same buyer and the arrangement was I would pay for delivery.  All  items fit in one parcel and I planned to take it to PO. It weighs 5.2kg and the postage is around £6.  I was going to ignore the "now get a postage label" on eBay - as I was worried I would end up paying 4 delivery fees but can I do that?  Will I still get paid?  If not, is there a way to combine the postage into one that seller pays?  All the messages are about combining postage for buyers.  Thank you.

Re: Seller paying postage on multiple items to one buyer

See if you can send the buyer a combined invoice.   It is for postage but puts all the items on one transaction.   On seller hub go to the Orders tab > Awaiting payment.   From the dropdown actions menu for one of the items select Send Invoice.   If you can't do that you'll have to put the same tracking number on each one.

Either way it's still fine to use your own postage just remember to add the tracking and mark as dispatched manually via the dropdown actions menu for each item (or the one transaction if you manage to combine) on your orders page.
