Is it not time for eBay to advise sellers NOT to use Royal Mail unless guaranteed or tracked. Second class and RM48 in my area (and I know we are not alone) are taking up to 9 days. My postman most days informs me he is only allowed to take the afore mentioned gtd. and tracked with ordinary mail piled up on the floor!
