Refund of postal costs and adding new tracking number

today in posted an item. the postage as assesed by ebay was insufficient, so the post office cancelled it and I paid again. Im trying to find out how to get a refund on my original postage cost and how to add a new tracking number and to cancell the original one

On Seller Hub go to Orders Overview, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.   Go to Actions next to the label and select Void Label.

You should be able to change the tracking number also via the dropdown actions menu but if you have problems with that contact ebay and they'll change it for you.   You can use the live chat link on here:
