Hello, I sent a few items to the Global Shipping Centre and for one of them the Royal Mail tracking says they were unable to deliver to the address! All others were delivered on the same date. The service used is Tracked 24 with proof of delivery. Tracking says they'll attempt again the next day and after 3 days they still haven't attempted to deliver the parcel and there are no updates to the tracking.
Looking at the forum it seems like some deliveries aren't updated correctly? I tried to find a way to contact GSP but I couldn't find a number or contact email. Is there a way to contact them to ask if they've received the parcel or not? I'll be out of the country soon and want to sort this out before I go.
This is what the tracking says: Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at as the address was inaccessible. We will attempt to deliver your item again on the next working day.
And with the recent changes to the payout eBay is holding the payment until they confirm the delivery. So does this mean they will hold the money indefinitely?

Hello, Is there a way to contact the Global Shipping Centre so they can confirm they've actually received the parcel or not?
The Royal Mail tracking still says they were unable to deliver because they didn't have access! Thanks.

Hi @pcshop21 ,
I'm afraid they don't have support at the Shipping Centre to take contacts. It would be best to reach out to eBay customer support and they can review. Royal Mail and other couriers deliver packages there everyday so it would be unusual for them not to have access.
Thank you,
Kat

Did you mean the item can't be delivered to the GSP center in uk or do you mean that they can't deliver to buyers address ,if royal mail can't access the buyers home ebay should class this as attempted delivery .This is what the GSP rules say .....

Royal Mail tracking says that they were unable to deliver the item to the GSP centre as it was inaccessible.
This is vey strange since a had a few more parcels that were successfully delivered to the GSP centre on the same day!
I talked to eBay supported and gave them the GSP reference so they could see if they've received the item or not but they said they can't do that.
So if the parcel is somehow lost is eBay responsible for the refund to the buyer? this is all very confusing! I've had many parcels shipped to the GSP centre before and this never happened.
