I sent to the buyer a flat cotton made from shopper bag (designer's bag so it was worth something). Royal Mail decided that the two handles also made from cotton were too bulky and it qualified under the parcel not large letter anymore. They were holding that item as underpaid. Meantime they lost the bag despite of it sent as tracked. I was just informed that I am not covered for compensation from them because I sent it as a large letter. I lost money and item. So sellers beware and do not end up like me with a loss due to some bulkier cotton handles.
