I packed two orders going to the same buyer in one parcel to save her postage, and just posted it. As I understand it, the extra unused label payment will be refunded to her in X days. Meanwhile, what do I do about making it clear that I have sent it? I've always been economical with postage for buyers (in their favour) - have those days come to an end?
Thanks, Fauxchien

To mark the second item as dispatched you have to generate the original label. It will still be unused and the cost refunded to the buyer in 30 days. As it won't be tracked the payment will be held for 14 days.

You will not be able to mark the second item as dispatched, and there will be no proof it has been sent.
As there is a current long issue with combining postage that is, it's Still not possible ( unbelievable!) , in future best to, with the buyer's agreement , cancel the items... Buyer requests to cancel, this refunds the buyer. Relist them as one listing, for the buyer to buy again, so one label, and one tracking.

OK I've added the first tracking number to the second order details... it actually shows both but the amended number seems to be the main one. Nice trick, thanks for making this easy
