Postage cost issues - anyone else experiencing this?

Hi all,

Since eBay rolled out Simple Delivery, I've been having no end of problems with applying postage costs. There seem to be bugs all over the joint, unless I'm missing something of course... Issues as follows:

1. When I attempt to apply a flat £1.80 postage charge for a Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter, a different charge is reflecting on the listing (e.g. £2.74) - this is despite applying the correct postage costs on every individual listing, and using the 'click Collection > go back to Postage Only (and wait a couple of seconds)' hack for revealing the advanced postage options to override Simple Delivery

2. When trying to apply changes to postage via the bulk editor, everything looks good in the preview > click Submit > then when revisiting the live listings, I am running into the issue in 1. above

3. Conversely, when reviewing listings in the bulk editor having created them, the postage method/price is all over the place, not reflecting the info I have added the listings.

Can anyone shed any light? It's driving me mad...

Does the listing say "2nd class large letter" or "Standard Tracked Delivery"?

I purchased an item today, the listed offered  two delivery options; 

£4.59 delivery in 2–3 days

Royal Mail 1st Class

£2.70 delivery in 2–3 days

Royal Mail Tracked 48

I 100% manually changed the default selection and selected Royal Mail Tracked 48, yet on my invoice Royal Mail 1st Class is shown and priced accordingly. I only noticed, as the total of the purchase was more than expected as the difference in delivery services is £1.89.

I believe there is a few bugs at play here, similar to the experience mentioned by the OP above.
