Ok guys so this is a problem for us all.
Buyer says "My item hasn't been delivered"
Ebay says "Contact seller"
WHY?

Why is it my problem? Surely Ebay has a far greater power of problem detection than I, a lowly seller can find out? Seems I pay a huge percentage of my profits to an organisation who is quite happy to exonerate themselves once they have considerable commission.
