When I click the "Get Postage Label" to generate a label or QR code the below red box error shows;
"It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."
This is happening on each of the 3 items I have sold and it happened last week - both instances have been raised to ebay support but no update has ever been provided. It took nearly an hour each time to explain
I have used this service for many years and never had an issue generating a postage label

I have just had this problem too . ( It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later. ) E-bay has taken the cost of the prepaid postage label from my sale ( before I even tried to select it ) but I can't generate the label. What's strange is they, never took the cost of the label off my sale before until after the label was generated. Its as though somebody else has tried to generate the label. Has my account been compromised.
I have used this service many times in the past, never had this happed before.
Can somebody please help or look into this. If it can't be sorted quick, I will have to take my other items off sale, as I will loose money!

Hi Marco,
I had a QR code generated but when I took it to the Post office we kept getting an error message when it was scanned. Can you help?

The issue on this thread would about users not being able to generate the label. We had a similar issue to the one you're reporting a week or 2 ago, but that was fully resolved. Did you manage to get is scanned? If you didn't, could you please confirm the item number, so I can take a further look and report it if needed please?
