Packlink parcels the big rip off

I won't be using ebay's postage services ever again multiple  times since christmas i have been ripped off by packlink anyone else been overcharged and money taken from your account.

Hi,

they are trying to charge me extra for a book i sent well within the guidlines of the postage.

The book in question was 900kg in weight 7 inches by 6 inches.

They said it was 1.8kg and 120cms in length and 245cm in cercumferance.

I have asked them to provide me with a photo as proof - because that would mean its 47 inches in lenth and well you can guess the rest ...... im still waiting the aplogy.

Update

Packlink are refunding me the extra cost, they made the mistake not me.

You have to question why the extra charge, it was quite simple with my one - THEY MADE THE MISTAKE so question it.

I did do, they want photos of my parcels on the scales i never took any,
from now on in i'm going straight to the source instead of grifter middle
men to send my parcels there loss. thanks for reply cheers.

Ask them to provide the proof - mine was over a month ago - i asked them to send me proof of the over weight package - they could not so i got my money back
