"Ebay Simple Delivery" not available when i list an item?

When i list a posting, the ebay simple delivery is no longer available.

This was available last week for me but now it's not, I contacted support and they made it worse!

They changed my seller hub completely now the ebay simple delivery doesn't even show, before it used to be on and off..

It is only available for certain categories - is the item eligible ? 

May help to check as I do not use SD so unsure as to why other than this?
