Not Refunding correctly

5 parcels in 1 month damaged by th ecourier Yodel used. So thebuyer wants refunding - not a problem. Buyer paid back within one click of button.

Now lets move on to try and claim the costs back from packlink - oh my days - fill out the form of which we do - upload 3 photos of which we do- they send an email to advise you have not sent enough photos and need to send more.

Then after you do this sending photos of the front of the parcel the back of the parcel the inside of the parcel the insterts used on the parcel the damage of the contents - then the costs of the item to send i.e. item costs 6.00 postage is 2.88 - cost of cardboard enverlope is .75p cost of inserts 50p cost of fragile tape 10p - cost of two fragile stickers .25p so total 10.48 - yet you only get back 6.25 - please advise why - you should get back the cost of what it was to send the item in total.
