Having a lot of late items this week, I’m guessing maybe due to the weather?
I'm having a lot of cases opened and customers demanding refunds, rather than wanting replacements.
Last week I changed my dispatch time from 1 day to same day. It’s frustrating that eBay are quoting times that aren’t accurate to the postage time for Royal Mail 2nd class. Item purchased 7th evening, dispatched on 8th afternoon before last collection, and eBay gave delivery dates of 8-10th. Does that sound right?
i have refunded 1 customer who’s parcel may still arrive. Another who wanted a refunded but it did arrive and now more today wanting refunds!

First thing probably to do is to change those almost impossible to achieve delivery times.
Stating a one day delivery and yes the weather has probably played a part here for the delays, is going to play havoc with your late delivery marks, aside from all the refunds you will have to make.
The weather is not going to get better any time soon, best to extend those delivery times.

Thanks for your reply,
I only changed to the same day dispatch so I could get the top rated seller plus level. I work full time so have took time off to make this happen, I’m not sure if it will help sales etc but wanted to try it. Even tho the 1 day handling time gave the same estimates but eBay had told me I had to change to same day to get the top rated plus!
I think eBay count that same day I post as day 1? For example same day 2nd class (2-3 days) posted 8th and they say 9th-10th, if I posted 1st class (1-2 days) would it say it would arrive the same day I post 8th-9th? And before I changed from the 1 day handling it still said 2-3 days.
Any time I ring eBay to speak about this I get no where
forgot to mention I’m in Northern Ireland so to get across the water also

Mmmm, does sound a little unreasonable / unfeasible even.
