I choose large letter as postage yet ebay says buyer selected small parcel and wants to charge me.

I selected large letter as the postage option on my listing at £1.55

item sells and ebay says buyer selected small parcel and wants to charge me postage.

I checked online and AI says that buyer can't do this if seller selected large parcel, but it happened.

I went to relist and checked the postage and royal mail large letter was preselected, meaning it is what was selected first time.

anyone else having this problem.

Was it under weight and price (100g and 20£)? Was it in a category allowing large letter and custom delivery? If not your list is automaticaly upload with Simple Delivery, not yours.
