GSP issue.. Thailand

For some reason Thailand appears to have been dropped from the UK global shipping program ? 

As a UK buyer, who has a home in Th also, suddenly the majority of UK items are not longer displayed or automatically available. This is a new issue as it was not this way until sometime this summer. 

Will it come back ? Is this an accidental issue or a known change (and why) ?

As of today GSP is active for Thailand, and on eBay's Non EU Countries list here:

Global Shipping Programme | eBay

Please do you have an Item number as an example? One that is active for GPS but not displaying in Thailand.

I dont know how I can see if an item is in the GSP but.. Heres one of many https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/157353386667?

But its just 100s of them and they have all defaulted to this

Seems most odd they ALL have chosen this which excludes Thailand when it used to be in the 'default' for global shipping.

Thailand is still included, and you can confirm this here. I've attached a picture here for better visibility.

Seems strange when listing after listing is like this 

Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia.. But not Thailand ?? 

Thats not some unique listing its all the uk based ones I look at..

Yes, this item is part of GSP and it looks like it can be sent to any of the eligible countries, including Thailand. If you have a buyer being unable to place this order, I'd recommend telling them to contact customer service from their end to see why are they unable to place the order.

and when I change my address to my Thai address.. Same item. 

This isnt 1 item.. its all items in the UK (as far as I can see).. If its an international item in china or USA then it still appears in search and can ship, but if I have Thai address set up, uk sellers just dont come back in searches. 

Your telling me Thailand IS in the GSP, but it sure looks like it isnt. From the sellers list of possible countries, and when I try to order or search anything.

Is in the GSP. But when I look at it with a Thai address I have 

 and when you look at the countries it will ship to, Thailand is not there 

 So not sure how much clearer I can say it. 

The GSP looks like its dropped Thailand.

I've managed to replicate this from my end, and I can see what you mean. However, Thailand is supposed to be included. I've reported this to the technical team, so they can take a further look and hopefully get that resolved for you. Once I get another update for you, I will reply back here to let you know.
