I dispatched an item the same day payment was made. My PO doesn't recognise ebay QR codes so I use Royal Mail as before. I can't seem to find the icon that let's the buyer know I've posted the item, now ebay says my postage is over due, it's stupid. It would be great if buyers would leave feedback,  this new system causes me more stress than before.  Ebay, listen to us the users, I've fed back many times and no one is listening.

You can change the tracking number (which will also mark it as dispatched) at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If you have a problem doing that generate the original Simple Delivery label and try again.

Post Offices do recognise eBay Simple Delivery QR codes for items being sent with Royal Mail.  There was a problem over the weekend with regards to scanning QR codes (not specifically related to Simple Delivery) but that has been resolved now. 

Some Post Offices are also agents for Evri so can accept those aswell.
