Product was sent to buyer. Buyer received it and left feedback. However Evri website has not updated to show the delivery has been fulfulled. eBay is totally refuse to do anything their side and my money is sitting with eBay
Feels like a failure of process between both companies. I purchased the Ervi label via eBay so there is some crossover between both companies because clearly the eBay system is linked to the Ervi
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue its a lot of money and feels like im getting ripped off

Courier's tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout, that is, 2 days after the delivery date.
If you have found your tracking has not updated, therefore holding back your payout, I know you've spoken to them already but it truly depends who you speak to, contact eBay Customer Services again, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.
I do recommend contacting them tomorrow , and only very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If Evri is not showing any updates on their website, then you'd need to contact them to see why is tracking no updating since we mirror the information from their website. Maybe they can take a look and get it sorted for you. Otherwise, the funds should be released after 14 days.
