as a car part seller, not always we are able to send the parcels with your traditional courier. Some engines, doors, bonnets etc. are being posted with a tracked pallet delivery. Tracking is available, also a signed POD is available. Ebay IGNORES there pallet shipments saying they can’t see the tracking on their website. If only they followed the link to the pallet website, they would see all the postage information there.
Spoke to over 20 half english speaking customer service reps who got no clue what’s going on, ebay for business facebook team also can’t help. This feels like a scam at this point, we have to wait over 30 days for what?
is there anyone else i could get in touch to get this sorted? Legal ways?
