Yodel increased the price

Hi

I sold an item  a fine chain the package was the size of an a5 envelope,  when I went to print the postage label I had difficultly  Eventually I got it printed and seen that yodel had added and extra amount to the delivery cost. Can anyone explain why please?

Most couriers (but not Royal Mail) charge extra for more remote areas such as the Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Ireland etc.
