Each additional on shipping not working.

I offer free postage which is fine. But on my two paid postage options I have set 'each additional' costs for buyer on both of them. 

I added items to my basket on another account to test this and it doesn't work. No matter how many of each item I buy or if I add different items all in one basket, the postage cost to buyer stays the same. Why is it not adding on for each additional item like I have selected? 

eBay makes everything so difficult!

I cannot see any of your items offering separate postage, the are all FOC.

You could give set up multibuy discount.

I've attached a screenshot. It is the each additional under 1st class and tracked 24. But if anyone tries to buy multiple quantities it stays at the 99p or 2.00 no matter how many they buy. I can't figure out why the each additional doesn't work.

1)   RM 1st Large Letter is sayin 99p and any additional is 99p (may be the problem)

2)   If your Buyers are purchasing items with FOC & one item with 99p,  it will still include the 99p for total  postage charge.

0r   If they purchased 2 items FOC & 2 items with  ((99p for one & your additional cost of 99p then the total postage cost would be £1.98.  (you need to reduce the additional postage cost on the Large letter.

I send my items with combined postage on letter 100g, large letter 100g, large letter 250g & Parcel.  Some of my items may have FOC.  I put a note in the advert's descriptions that combined postage is at point of purchase on one transaction on the same type of postage.

When added two of an item and selected 1st class post, instead of £1.98 it still shows 0.99p. That's what I don't understand. No matter how many multiples I chose when selecting first class post it is always 99p. Even though I have 99p each additional.

Going back to your Screenshot  - 

I noticed that at the top you are offering Free postage on additional items   - 

& I wondered if this is overriding any 99p additional postage.
