EVRI tracking number on label isnt matching when I try to raise a claim

This is extremely frustrating - EVRI hasn't updated my parcel I've sent to a buyer since March 1st. I've tried to raise a claim through the eBay pack link help with my email and the tracking number but it's always saying the tracking number is incorrect when I copy and paste from the order confirmation page. What do I do?
